About the role
- Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints
- Conduct deep customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Sales, CX, and SMEs.
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities.
- Lead go to market readiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping/prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).
Requirements
- 3–7 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
- A strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience operating in multiproduct, fast-growing environments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
