• Serve as primary advisor and thought partner to the CEO and C-level leaders across strategy, operations, and communications.
• Prioritize and manage executive agendas and ensure timely execution of top priorities.
• Lead special projects and strategic programs that span business units and identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
• Draft C-level communications, presentations, and executive updates.
• Help Support cultural initiatives, change-management programs, and internal communication efforts.
