Support and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure.
Build and support our Internal Developer Platform.
Design, develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Identify and troubleshoot issues within the MarketMan infrastructure, while suggesting and implementing improvements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners).
Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) automation and monitoring.
Maintain and enhance platform logging and alerting.
Work with different technologies and tools including: Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, MSSQL, MySQL, Mongo, .NET libraries supporting the platform, DataDog, and other internal tools.
Think outside the box, continuously pushing for improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

2+ years hands-on experience with cloud services, Azure preferred.
Experience with containerizing services and managing containerized deployments.
Experience in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies.
Database administration experience.
Hands-on experience with AI tools like Cursor & Claude Code.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
A problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and a passion for innovation.
Understanding of web development fundamentals.
Good communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
A team player with strong social and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with .NET development in C#.
