About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the ongoing development, maintenance, automation, and scaling of an advanced operational intelligence and governance analytics platform currently under active development.
Run and validate Python scripts.
Process SQL data.
Normalize datasets.
Ingest and clean CSV files.
Manage folder structure.
Validate backup and rollback procedures.
Provide dashboard support.
Assist in Power BI support.
Validate outputs through QA processes.
Verify data lineage.
Support automation efforts.
Document daily system activity and review execution logs.
Assist with governance workflows.

Technical:**
Strong Python experience**
Strong SQL experience**
Strong Microsoft Excel experience**
Experience with CSV handling and large datasets**
Experience with pandas (Python library)**
Experience with Power BI or dashboard development**
Data normalization / ETL experience**
File structure and folder governance discipline**
Ability to work with large operational datasets**
Ability to follow structured naming conventions and workflows
Preferred:**
AI / NLP familiarity**
Experience with operational analytics**
Experience with automation scripting**
Experience with data lineage or audit tracking**
Experience with healthcare or operations analytics**
Git/version control familiarity
