Program Manager

• Lead healthcare capital programs and project portfolios, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives and key client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and expanded services
• Provide leadership and oversight for project teams, including Senior Program Managers and Program Managers
• Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, activation, and regulatory compliance activities
• Manage program budgets, financial performance, risk mitigation strategies, and contract negotiations
• Support business development efforts through client pursuits, proposals, presentations, and industry engagement
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare executive-level reports for clients and internal leadership
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
