About the role
- Craft stunning visuals for email marketing, packaging, ads, and social media that make people stop scrolling and start clicking.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency without being boring.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns to life—from rough concepts to polished designs.
- Use performance data to iterate on your designs and find out what really connects with the audience.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, whether it’s a new layout, a bold color palette, or an unexpected visual twist.
Requirements
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in eCommerce, with a killer portfolio to back it up.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Bonus if you’re familiar with Klaviyo for email design.
- You get how design influences behavior and can create visuals that drive action, not just look pretty.
- You catch typos, misaligned pixels, and color inconsistencies before anyone else does.
- You love experimenting with new styles and aren’t afraid to push boundaries.
