Accountant

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of general ledger data to support the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
• Identify opportunities to improve information flow, reporting accuracy, and overall department efficiency
• Prepare and/or coordinate processing of accounts payable transactions
• Review and issue customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Complete month-end close activities including account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
• Continuously evaluate processes to improve efficiency while maintaining strong internal controls

Systems Engineer

• Provide level 1 end user support within the PP, MM, WM, QM, & PM modules to ensure day to day business operations are continuous
• Assist the business in monitoring inventory positions and monitoring production processing errors.
• Monitor key master data elements to ensure accurate reporting for the business
• Support break-fix and production issues
• Perform standard system configuration to meet new business requirements
• Communicate and document system changes to the business.
• Document and deliver initial end user training as necessary.
• Gain exposure to and proficiency in peripheral SAP modules (FI/CO & SD) as well as additional operating systems (Salesforce, Esker, Concur)
