Building trusted customer relationships
Driving product adoption
Achieving territory sales performance goals
Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines
Building and executing a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy
Driving compliant product utilization among targeted healthcare providers
Delivering against sales goals and maintaining accurate CRM documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
Prior launch experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships
Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
