About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ product within an assigned territory
  • educating healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ product
  • building trusted customer relationships
  • driving product adoption
  • achieving territory sales performance goals
  • develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state
  • build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan
  • analyze territory trends and customer needs
  • consistently deliver against sales goals
  • maintain accurate territory reporting and documentation
  • execute strategic call plans
  • partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • operate with the highest standards of integrity and in full compliance with all company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
  • Prior launch experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals strong customer relationships
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
