About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory
- Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product, building trusted customer relationships
- Drive product adoption and achieve territory sales performance goals
- Develop and maintain understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation
- Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations, and address customer questions with confidence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
- Prior launch experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
