About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory
  • Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product, building trusted customer relationships
  • Drive product adoption and achieve territory sales performance goals
  • Develop and maintain understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines
  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy
  • Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations, and address customer questions with confidence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
  • Prior launch experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
