About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product
Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product
Build trusted customer relationships and drive product adoption
Achieve territory sales performance goals
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state and clinical data
Execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy
Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred
Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
Prior launch experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
