About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product
  • Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ product
  • Build trusted customer relationships and drive product adoption
  • Achieve territory sales performance goals
  • Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation
  • Execute strategic call plans and deliver engaging product presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
  • Prior launch experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
