About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ product, building trusted customer relationships.
  • Drive product adoption and achieve territory sales performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state and relevant treatment guidelines.
  • Execute strategic call plans by translating data and insights into impactful, customer-focused actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
  • Prior launch experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals strong customer relationships
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
