About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ product, building trusted customer relationships.
- Drive product adoption and achieve territory sales performance goals.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state and relevant treatment guidelines.
- Execute strategic call plans by translating data and insights into impactful, customer-focused actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
- Prior launch experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals strong customer relationships
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
