About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s total rewards strategy.
Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
Serve as the subject-matter expert for compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
Establish governance processes, policies, and controls to support rewards practices globally.
Design and manage competitive benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, time-off, allowances, and wellbeing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits regulations.
Serve as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on rewards-related decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive total rewards experience, including compensation and benefits leadership
Experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly complex, regulated industries in a commercial stage organization.
Strong knowledge of equity compensation and long-term incentive programs.
Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards or Compensation Committees.
Proficiency with HRIS and compensation management platforms (e.g., Workday, Radford/WTW) and equity administration systems.
