About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive documents containing commercial information through the ticketing platform in order to perform the required registrations.
  • Ensure accurate entry of data and information using computerized systems and tools (Quiver/EBS system) to maintain organized and reliable records.
  • Download policy and/or endorsement documents from insurers' websites to identify the corresponding insurance policy number.
  • Enter information regarding policy and/or endorsement cancellations into computerized systems (Quiser) to ensure the reconciliation of received commissions.
  • Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, receiving training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
  • Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional experience in document analysis and data/information entry
