About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide service to a portfolio of lower-complexity clients via in-person, telephone and digital channels, ensuring all clients are attended to according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.
  • Serve clients with attentive, dialogue-based interaction focused on understanding their needs, providing clarification and necessary information regarding the coverage process for insured and non-insured benefits.
  • Support clients with claims and reimbursement requests—via in-person, telephone and digital channels—to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for services received outside the authorized provider network.
  • Carry out necessary procedures to conduct market studies by collecting data and information required to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims and utilization indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide clients with policy results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through process mapping conducted during operations, applying procedures and workflows, and suggesting actions to enable continuous improvement in client service.
  • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs and/or demand, through training, professional qualification and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning (analytical thinking) and assertive communication
