About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for confirming attendance at occupational exams and retrieving ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) for system entry and ASO management control.
  • Issuing the weekly report of pending exams in the system.
  • Managing and maintaining spreadsheets to prepare reports for supervision.
  • Requesting outstanding ASOs from service providers.
  • Entering SOCGED and typing the result date on the eSocial screens in the SOC.
  • Sending the weekly report on the tasks completed during the week.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in administrative roles and occupational health.
  • Knowledge of SOC and eSocial is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, organization, flexibility, and commitment.
