About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Register insurance policies using computerized and/or digital systems to reconcile commission payments.
- Perform quoting, monitoring, and issuance of proposals through insurers' communication channels and systems to identify the best market terms and options.
- Support premium collection operations for policies via telephone service and/or digital tools to ensure receipt of amounts pending regularization.
- Provide customer service in person, by phone, and through digital tools so clients are served quickly and accurately according to their needs.
- Provide necessary support and assistance to other departments by supplying data and information to ensure continuity of processes and task execution.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, including through training, professional development, and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
- Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (or equivalent office suite)
- Experience with financial risk insurance is a plus (surety bonds, D&O, E&O, credit insurance)
- Customer-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, with assertive communication and strong organizational skills.
