About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support client onboarding and maintenance via email and corporate systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date;
- Assist in preparing reports on cancellations, renewals and/or policy updates using spreadsheets to provide clients with information about their insurance;
- Assist with policy payment collections using corporate systems;
- Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as needed, including participating in training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth and learning opportunities aligned with the area’s needs;
- Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in Surety (Guarantee) insurance;
- Demonstrates collaboration, commitment, creativity, assertive communication, analytical ability and organizational skills.
