About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is assisted promptly and accurately according to their needs.
  • Deliver attentive customer service grounded in dialogue and understanding, clarifying doubts and providing necessary information regarding the coverage process for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
  • Support clients with claims and reimbursement requests (including pre-approvals) via in-person, phone, or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement for expenses incurred outside the provider network.
  • Carry out market research procedures by gathering the data and information needed to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best terms and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with claims/loss-ratio indicators by organizing data and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, to provide clients with policy performance results.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping, application of procedures and workflows, and suggest actions to enable continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Perform other related duties inherent to the role as needed, participating in training and professional development under guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products and knowledge of current ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
