About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the preparation of presentations by collecting, organizing and analyzing data to provide accurate information that supports decision-making.
- Support administrative and financial activities related to the technical operation, working together with the CTO (head of technical operations).
- Support the preparation of reports by collecting, organizing and analyzing data to provide accurate information that supports decision-making.
- Assist in organizing corporate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation and other required services.
- Support recordkeeping and controls for administrative and financial data.
- Support the control and organization of administrative and financial documents.
- Support the recording, analysis and implementation of controls for processes, projects and operational routines.
- Perform analysis of expenses and payments for internal and third-party vendors.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as needed and/or as requested by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (office suite).
- Professional experience in administrative functions involving report and/or presentation preparation, quotations, reimbursements, billing and general routines.
