About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide service to an assigned client portfolio through in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served promptly and accurately according to their needs.
  • Provide customer support with attentive treatment based on dialogue and understanding of the client’s needs, clarifying doubts and supplying necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
  • Assist clients with reimbursement requests and pre-authorization for reimbursement via in-person, telephone, and/or digital channels to ensure effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for services received outside the accredited provider network.
  • Perform the necessary procedures to conduct market studies by collecting the data and information required to complete quotation forms, identifying the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations containing loss ratio indicators by organizing data, information, and quantitative and qualitative analyses to present policy results to the client.
  • Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution and applying procedures and workflows, and propose actions that enable continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Perform other related and role-inherent professional activities as needed according to area demands, including attending training, professional development, and following guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in insurance, particularly with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS (Brazil’s National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning, and assertive communication
