About the role
- Provide service to a portfolio of medium-complexity clients through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring each client is served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner.
- Attend to clients with attentive, dialogue-based communication focused on understanding their needs, providing clarification and the necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
- Support clients with reimbursement requests and pre-approvals through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for care received outside the provider network.
- Carry out the procedures required to perform market research by gathering the data and information necessary to complete quotation forms, in order to identify the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal deadline.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations with loss ratio indicators by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses to make the policy results available to the client.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping carried out during execution, and by applying procedures and workflows, in order to suggest actions that enable continuous improvement in client service.
- Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations (Brazil's National Supplementary Health Agency)
