About the role
- Implement contracts (SME, Mid-market or Corporate) for insurable and non-insurable benefits, acting in all stages of the process to ensure accurate integration and implementation of products and services.
- Monitor the implementation timeline by tracking phases and SLAs to ensure on-time deliveries and prevent delays.
- Verify the carrier’s asset roster and the first invoice through data and documentation analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy of client information.
- Map the client’s internal routines and align them with the consulting areas through meetings and process surveys to ensure integration and clarity in implementation procedures.
- Validate the implementation layout (consulting model) through critical review and adjustments with the client to ensure processes are correct and applicable.
- Review the consulting commercial and technical proposal by detailed document analysis to ensure all client requirements are met.
- Receive and control digital signatures via the consultancy’s platform to formalize agreements and required documentation.
- Guide the client on operational routines and billing through trainings and communications to promote autonomy and correct use of benefits.
- Prepare and adapt communications and implementation materials by customizing templates to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Lead or participate in internal kickoffs and meetings with clients and carriers, aligning expectations and strategies to ensure mutual understanding and effective implementation planning.
- Check deadlines and pending items with the carrier through continuous follow-up to keep the project on schedule.
- Request information from the carrier and/or client regarding claims and allowances (excluding commercial matters) through direct contacts and demand follow-up to clarify issues and ensure proper handling of requests.
- Develop communication materials by creating and customizing templates and content to ensure clarity, standardization and effectiveness in client communications.
- Deliver implementation presentations, through in-person or virtual trainings and presentations, to train clients and staff on correct process execution.
- Conduct operational meetings internally, with carriers and clients, through strategic alignments and technical discussions to ensure integration, informed decisions and efficient progress of implementations.
- Support the preparation of reports and analysis of area indicators by maintaining accurate data in the consultancy’s systems, ensuring information reliability in accordance with contractual rules and client-mapped routines.
- Perform registrations and updates in the consultancy’s tools by recording client data and routines, contracts, subcontracts and beneficiaries to ensure up-to-date and consistent information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of contractual rules of carriers and/or insurance companies
- Experience in the insurance sector implementing SME, Mid-market and Corporate contracts of medium complexity
- Client-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, with logical reasoning, strong organizational skills and clear, assertive communication
