About the role
- Provide service to a portfolio of lower-complexity clients through in-person, telephone and/or digital channels, ensuring all clients are served promptly and accurately according to their needs.
- Deliver customer service with attentive, dialogue-based interactions that seek to understand needs, providing clarification and necessary information regarding coverage processes for insurable and non-insurable benefits.
- Assist clients with reimbursement requests and pre-approvals via in-person, phone or digital channels, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred for services received outside the provider network.
- Perform necessary procedures for market studies by collecting data and information required to complete quotation forms, identifying the best conditions and options for the client within the renewal timeframe.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations with claims ratio indicators by organizing data and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, providing clients with policy performance results.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mapping carried out during operations and application of procedures and workflows, proposing actions to enable continuous improvement in customer service.
- Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area’s needs and demands, participating in training, professional development and guidance from immediate supervisors to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Experience in the insurance sector with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations
