About the role

  • Prospect clients through active outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone; update and organize the lead database to attract potential companies into the sales funnel and generate new qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Manage inbound commercial requests (RFP/RFI/contracts) by monitoring communication channels, acknowledging receipt to the client, requesting additional information when necessary, and initiating follow-ups to ensure an efficient initial journey and increase the conversion rate of inbound opportunities.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals by collecting prospect data, identifying costs, developing pricing, and drafting technical and commercial documentation to deliver solutions that match the requested scope, are competitive in the market, and align with prospect expectations.
  • Drive commercial opportunities to initial closure through the full process of prospecting, qualification, proposal presentation and preliminary negotiation with the prospect, ensuring the opportunity progresses to contract signature or order confirmation before handing the client over to ongoing account management.
  • Update supplier/vendor registrations on procurement platforms by responding to RFIs and uploading legal, financial and technical documentation and registration data on platforms such as SAP Ariba, ensuring qualified supplier status in purchasing processes.
  • Participate in commercial meetings by delivering presentations or workshops, understanding client needs, answering questions and covering for representatives when required, in order to present differentiators, align expectations and ensure correct understanding of the scope requested by the prospect.
  • Perform other related professional duties inherent to the role as required by the area, through training, professional development and guidance from the direct supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in Commercial/Sales, preferably in Occupational Health.
  • Customer focus, professionalism, teamwork, innovation, organization, resilience, logical reasoning and assertive communication.
