About the role

  • Provide service to clients with high-complexity financial risks (Surety Bonds and Lease Surety), via telephone and/or digital tools, ensuring all clients are served promptly and accurately in response to inquiries.
  • Perform market research to obtain quotes, track progress, issue and deliver proposals/policies, in order to identify the best options and pricing that fully meet client needs.
  • Present a detailed description of product characteristics, features and technical requirements to clients through in-person meetings and/or digital tools, clarifying all details regarding coverages, exclusions, applicability, claim examples, etc., for Surety Bonds and Lease Surety.
  • Manage policy records using systems and computerized tools to ensure the commission reconciliation process is organized and secure.
  • Follow up on outstanding premium payments via telephone and/or digital tools to ensure all amounts are properly collected.
  • Act as a trainer and/or point of reference for other team members through training and guidance so that everyone can make the best use of the applications and resources of the work tools to achieve results.
  • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, through training, professional qualification and guidance from the immediate leader, to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional experience in placing Surety Bonds and Lease Surety insurance
  • Customer focus, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, logical reasoning, business acumen, decision-making and technical leadership.
