About the role

  • Receive and organize client information by collecting invoices, spreadsheets and registration data (e.g., dates of birth, gender, number of lives, risk assessment questionnaires, reports) to ensure correct and complete inputs for commercial analysis and processing.
  • Standardize and consolidate received data by structuring information into the standard template to enable proper submission to placement and obtain accurate proposals and quotes.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow by monitoring deadlines, following up on pending responses, controlling the sales funnel and maintaining full CRM records to ensure SLA compliance and operational flow for commercial requests.
  • Validate the quality of deliverables by thoroughly checking requested and received information to ensure alignment with client needs and avoid rework during the quotation process.
  • Support interactions with insured parties, insurers and prospects through appropriate communication tailored to different profiles and needs, in order to strengthen commercial relationships and advance opportunities.
  • Participate in the sales process when required by providing support for deal closing and preliminary negotiation to increase commercial accuracy and contribute to a higher conversion rate.
  • Support the team’s commercial strategy by organizing received information into structured, presentation-ready data to facilitate closings and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Prepare presentations by consolidating all received data and information to support the sales area in conducting commercial negotiations.
  • Perform other related and inherent duties as required by the area, through training, guidance and qualifications provided, aiming at continuous professional development and contribution to team objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid experience in the commercial area of insurance and employee benefits.
  • Customer-focused with strong collaboration, innovation and professionalism.
  • Analytical skills, negotiation ability and technical leadership.
