About the role
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support, such as drafting emails, preparing reports, and creating presentations
- Conduct research on behalf of the CEO, including market analysis and competitor research
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are updated on progress
- Prepare meeting agendas and record meeting minutes as needed
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files for the CEO
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
