About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel to assigned clinic sites within the territory for evaluation days
- Arrive on schedule and prepared with all required resources
- Open, clean, organize, prepare, and secure the clinic
- Welcome applicants, verify identities, and direct them appropriately
- Greet physicians and provide required MDpanel support
- Complete and support applicant intake and forms before evaluations
- Assist physicians with vitals and measurements such as blood pressure, weight, and height
- Maintain the evaluation schedule and adjust for no-shows or late arrivals
- Maintain front-desk cleanliness and stock or order office and clinic supplies
- Prepare clinic rooms before and after evaluations
- Perform filing, copying, data entry, scanning, and uploading of forms
- Maintain physician and applicant satisfaction through positive interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or front or back office healthcare administration
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is a plus
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience monitoring and recording patient vitals is a plus
- Experience with intake assessments and managing new examinee forms
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to think critically
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service attitude
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and Salesforce is preferred
- Reliability and punctuality at clinical facilities
- Ability to work Monday through Sunday as scheduled
- Must wear MDpanel-approved scrubs
- Must have valid work authorization for the country of application
