About the role
- You will be working on the MDOTM platform Sphere, a new interface that allows our clients to interact autonomously with MDOTM’s Artificial Intelligence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to execute our product roadmap, build features, and ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.
- Work hand in hand with our VP of Product to reach our sprint objectives and software development priorities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and coordinate daily activities
- Write user stories and work with agile project management tools
- Align relevant project stakeholders on the project progress and changes
- Organise tests to make sure features are working properly before going to production
- Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations, emphasising adaptability and agility
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop agile mitigation strategies, proactively manage and resolve related challenges
- Maintain streamlined documentation that supports quick decision-making and minimises bureaucracy
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or other related field.
- 1.5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a startup environment related to financial and/or technology-related projects
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to adapt them
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira (or similar) and writing user stories
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make quick, data-informed decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and pivot as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Passion for finance and artificial intelligence, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
