About the role

  • Proactively generate new signups through outbound cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and lead engagement.
  • Engage warm and inbound leads with urgency, identify needs, present solutions clearly, and close sales efficiently.
  • Confidently approach prospective clients, handle objections, and create new revenue opportunities from scratch.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients, strengthen relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and closing new business is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining consistency in daily activity levels.
  • Ability to identify revenue opportunities and maximise account value.
  • Clear, confident verbal communication with persuasive ability and professional presence.
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and closing confidently.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups without losing momentum.
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish.
