About the role

- Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations
- Working Hours 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm inclusive of 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Office location for this role is Parklands, Bolton. We are hybrid workers with 1 day attendance at the office required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a Defendant insurance litigation firm
- Previous litigation experience specifically relating to Recoveries
- A working knowledge and understanding of the Household and Commercial recoveries
- An ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work with case management systems
- The personal skills to deal with such work as major and expensive litigation involving liaison with senior claims handlers
