About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling solution strategies
- Deliver impactful demonstrations and ensure seamless implementation
- Serve as a subject matter expert in P&C insurance and Davies’ technology solutions
- Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations, proposal development, and RFP responses
- Translate client business objectives into tailored solution recommendations that deliver measurable value
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and certifications to maintain a high level of expertise
- Participate in internal training, mentorship programs, and continuous learning initiatives
- Occasionally travel to client sites or industry events as needed
Requirements
- Extensive experience in solution engineering, consulting or delivery, or relevant roles within an enterprise software company or insurance carrier.
- Demonstrated success in supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain audience engagement.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly across multiple segments.
- Familiarity with insurance marketplace products and technical certifications.
- Experience with industry-specific solutions and regulatory requirements.
