Lead a cross-functional generative AI-focused software development team

Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Python (e.g., LangChain), .NET (C#), and TypeScript (e.g., React);
experience with web frameworks (e.g., Node.js), cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), Azure AI Foundry, or AWS Bedrock.
Experience with integrating LLMs and agentic AI systems into web applications, with a focus on automation and Human-In-The-Loop decision-making systems.
Experience deploying scalable AI-driven web applications in cloud environments
Familiarity with integrating structured and unstructured data for knowledge bases / Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Software development / engineering team lead experience
Proven experience developing and deploying scalable web applications.
Hands-on experience integrating generative AI APIs and AI-driven solutions into applications.
Solid background in full-stack development.
Cloud infrastructure management (stretch).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot AI integration challenges.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI, particularly in generative models, agentic AI, and knowledge graph technologies.
