Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in **high‑volume legal recruitment** (in‑house or agency).
- Strong understanding of **legal role structures**, qualification pathways, and market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions without compromising quality.
- Confident stakeholder management and the ability to influence with data and insight.
- Excellent sourcing capability and long‑term talent pooling experience.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding candidate journeys.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
