About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct complex and high-level audits.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance.
Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client.
Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree acceptable) or a combination of education and experience.
Technical underwriting experience required.
10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred.
5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired.
Experience with the London market is a plus.
Independently perform detailed claim audits.
Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills.
Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels.
Some travel required.
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both independently and within a team.
