Senior Property and Casualty Auditor
MDD Forensic AccountantsSenior Property & Casualty Auditor conducting complex audits for Davies North America. Collaborating with teams and developing tailor-made audit plans for clients in insurance sectors.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct complex and high-level audits.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Independently perform comprehensive audits across different areas of property and casualty insurance, including claims, underwriting, and compliance.
- Develop individualized audit plans tailored to meet the specific objectives and preferences of each client.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred (associate or bachelor’s degree acceptable) or a combination of education and experience.
- Technical underwriting experience required.
- 10 years of multiline Property & Casualty claims experience preferred.
- 5 years of Property & Casualty claims auditing experience desired.
- Experience with the London market is a plus.
- Independently perform detailed claim audits.
- Assist lead auditors on complex, high-level audit assignments to gain experience and develop skills.
- Draft accurate and comprehensive audit reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external colleagues at all levels.
- Some travel required.
- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and underwriting processes.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both independently and within a team.
