Report to the Group Internal Communications Manager; support delivery of internal communications, campaigns, and activities within the corporate communications team
Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of internal communication campaigns across channels (email, intranet, digital signage)
Build, format and distribute internal communications in the email system, working to meet tight deadlines
Maintain and update internal distribution lists to ensure accurate and timely communication
Keep the Davies intranet and other internal comms platforms updated, including editing site pages and uploading images and news articles
Work collaboratively with the global Internal Communications team and stakeholders to deliver initiatives effectively
Liaise with internal design team to request digital design assets for emails, intranet, in-office posters and other materials
Order and manage inventory and shipments of merchandise for internal communications activities and events
Administer internal awards and recognition schemes, track nominations, communicate with winners and distribute
Execute administrative tasks for the global Corporate Communications team; monitor and review campaign data and create reports based on engagement metrics and employee feedback
Requirements
5+ years’ experience
Previous experience working in an internal communications role
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent
Working knowledge of Marketing Communications software (Poppulo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) preferred
