About the role

  • Conducting file reviews & completing factual chronologies
  • Collating documents needed in order for the lawyers to consider strategy
  • Legal research
  • Arranging and instructing Counsel and other expert attendances
  • Arranging conferences
  • Preparing bundles
  • Diarising Court orders and other critical dates
  • Chasing documents
  • Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations

Requirements

  • An ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work with case management systems
  • The personal skills to deal with competing demands of your team of lawyers
  • **Desirable**
  • Previous experience of working in a team which handles insurance claims
  • Knowledge of the sorts of disputes dealt with by the PRC team
