About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce high quality reports
Assess, value and negotiate repair costs
Provide vehicle valuations
Negotiate total loss settlements
Have a detailed understanding of salvage categories
Claims management
Liaise with Field planning team, repairers and customers
Support other members of the team as and when the need dictates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified to a minimum of I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard
Hands‑on experience leading or supporting an engineering function
Experience within an insurer, an independent firm, or a similar technical environment
