About the role

  • Produce high quality reports
  • Assess, value and negotiate repair costs
  • Provide vehicle valuations
  • Negotiate total loss settlements
  • Have a detailed understanding of salvage categories
  • Claims management
  • Liaise with Field planning team, repairers and customers
  • Support other members of the team as and when the need dictates

Requirements

  • Qualified to a minimum of I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard
  • Hands‑on experience leading or supporting an engineering function
  • Experience within an insurer, an independent firm, or a similar technical environment
