• Performing monthly bank reconciliations
• Performing monthly cash reconciliations
• Assisting in monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Maintaining client files and financial records
• Running month or quarter end reports as requested
• Making month or quarter end journal entries
• Assisting Accounting Manager in financial statement preparation.
• Some independent preparation on less complex accounts.
• Assisting Accounting Manager with regulatory correspondence and compliance
• Professional correspondence and interaction with client and related service providers
• Assisting in arrangement of Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings as required
• Ensuring Accounting Manager, Account Manager and/or Senior Account Manager are copied on all relevant correspondence
• Assist company by adhering to and maintaining standards in accordance with ISMS policy and procedure
