About the role
- Establish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels (portals, APIs, mobile, e-trading, assisted digital).
- Ensure cross-divisional alignment with Client Data and Client Services architecture streams and with Group CTO standards.
- Evaluate initiatives and programs for architectural compliance and functional coherence with the Client Centricity strategy.
- Lead architecture governance forums, represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards, and ensure adherence to policy.
- Drive adoption of shared capabilities (identity, access, API gateway, UX frameworks, client analytics).
- Provide architectural oversight to regional teams, ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define and communicate the Client Experience vision and guide investment priorities.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within financial services.
- Proven experience defining multi-channel strategies, reference architectures, and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of horizontal client channels, front-office integration, client data models, and service design.
- Understanding of API-led architectures, digital identity management, and UX integration.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in global, federated environments.
- Excellent communication, strategic design, and governance leadership skills.
