About the role
- Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements related to the placement of temporary workers and contractors
- Liaise with candidates, delivery team and client managers to maintain an effective vetting and onboarding relationship
- Comply with Davies client vetting requirements ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before their start date. To include but not limited to:
- - Correct verification of candidate Identity and I-9 Employment Eligibility
- - Verification of screening documents for correct check submission
- - Obtain the relevant information, referencing and documents in line with the clients’ vetting requirements
- - Resolve any non-conformances/ queries/ issues with documentation and escalate internally as appropriate
- - Report on progress, issues and developments, escalating problems in a timely manner
- - Management of contracts
- Resolve candidate concerns and queries
- Ensure adherence to Data Protection policies and confidentiality procedures
- Manage and maintain up-to-date placement records for contractors in Bullhorn
- Reconcile Intime client approved timesheets against Payroll information
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including managing correspondence, and organizing files
- Maintain at least a 96% and above quality assurance score
