About the role

  • Understand and adhere to all compliance requirements related to the placement of temporary workers and contractors
  • Liaise with candidates, delivery team and client managers to maintain an effective vetting and onboarding relationship
  • Comply with Davies client vetting requirements ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before their start date. To include but not limited to:
  • - Correct verification of candidate Identity and I-9 Employment Eligibility
  • - Verification of screening documents for correct check submission
  • - Obtain the relevant information, referencing and documents in line with the clients’ vetting requirements
  • - Resolve any non-conformances/ queries/ issues with documentation and escalate internally as appropriate
  • - Report on progress, issues and developments, escalating problems in a timely manner
  • - Management of contracts
  • Resolve candidate concerns and queries
  • Ensure adherence to Data Protection policies and confidentiality procedures
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date placement records for contractors in Bullhorn
  • Reconcile Intime client approved timesheets against Payroll information
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including managing correspondence, and organizing files
  • Maintain at least a 96% and above quality assurance score
