About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and direct the training program covering complex and critical business processes and systems
Engage and collaborate with customers to develop comprehensive training programs
Bolster product adoption and drive customer success
Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams
Execute the strategic vision of the training program using leading training methodologies
Direct customer-facing and internal training and enablement programs
Design and develop current, engaging eLearning modules aligned with product features, standards, and learning objectives
Provide one-on-one client training and consulting to accelerate adoption and troubleshoot implementation challenges
Expand the Optimization Menu of Services and create training opportunities to deflect and reengage clients
Use NPS and Voice of the Customer insights to build strategic customer relationships
Design and coordinate onsite Training Academy, Train the Trainer, Go Live, and Post Live Optimization programs
Maintain and evolve the LEARN learning management system platform
Drive the Training team toward annual revenue-generating goals
Demonstrate product subject matter expertise and ensure high service delivery
Conduct quarterly needs assessments and improve training offerings and materials
Evaluate program effectiveness using customer satisfaction and NPS surveys
Drive team metrics and goals
Ensure classrooms, workshops, and optimizations are delivered based on organizational needs
Improve team performance through mentoring and coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Service delivery experience in consulting or training with an enterprise B2B SaaS company
Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and bias for action
Ability to resolve problems independently
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize needs and tasks using sound judgment
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with high-quality results
Flexibility and positive response in dynamic environments
Ability to collaborate across departments and with customers to create effective training programs
Ability to integrate business and operational processes with technical solutions
Ability to transfer specialized compliance auditing and workflow knowledge to MDaudit business needs
Hands-on experience with compliance, coding and auditing, practice management, or clinical technology systems
Solid understanding of healthcare information systems and practice management or clinical technology systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
5 years of training experience and leading
Experience building and maintaining eLearnings
Experience launching and scaling a Learning Management System (LMS)
Knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training task analysis, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation
3 years of demonstrated project management experience
5 years of experience in a healthcare setting involving compliance, billing, auditing, coding, or accounting
Oversight of information systems-based projects
Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite
