About the role

Lead the next phase of MDaudit technological evolution across application development, AI-driven product innovation, and data integrations.
Define and own the technical vision for AI, leading design, prototyping, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
Drive AI initiatives for organizational productivity, including customer support automation and engineering productivity accelerators.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess applicability to MDaudit’s roadmap (LLMs, cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, etc.).
Oversee design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Provide architectural and technical leadership across development stacks (e.g. .NET, SQL Server, React/Angular, AWS cloud native architectures).
Build, lead and mentor high-performing onshore and offshore teams; manage vendor and partner ecosystems.
Strengthen cross-functional partnerships with Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure execution and adoption.
Collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to ensure solutions meet HITRUST and HIPAA compliance standards.
Ensure AI innovations and roadmap features move from pilot to production with measurable customer and organizational impact.
Define and track KPIs for adoption, scalability, customer outcomes, and productivity improvements.
Establish repeatable frameworks for scaling successful pilots and champion change management and enablement.

10+ years in technology leadership, with proven success across application development, AI/ML innovation, and data integrations.
Strong experience managing onshore and offshore teams as well as vendor/partner ecosystems.
Hands-on technical expertise with enterprise application stacks (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, React/Angular).
Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions using LLMs, MCP servers, Python-based libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock preferred).
Deep understanding of data engineering, ingestion, and integration practices (APIs, ETL pipelines, interoperability across third-party systems).
Strong grasp of cloud-native architectures and scalable platform engineering (AWS preferred).
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2) and experience building solutions that withstand customer security reviews.
Demonstrated ability to bridge strategy and execution: setting technical vision, influencing product direction, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Track record of driving projects from pilot to production with measurable adoption, scalability, and customer impact.
Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industries strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
