Responsible for end to end Project Management that aligns internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that all work is completed on time
Act as a liaison between customers and MDaudit during the onboarding phase
Perform kick off and training of new and existing customers
Actively manage multiple implementation projects
Train and mentor customer users on proper setup and usage of products
Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
Provide post Go Live support to customers

Requirements

at least 4 years project management experience
at least 4 years’ experience in a healthcare setting with general healthcare industry knowledge
physician and/or hospital billing compliance experience preferred
Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
