Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet and exceed a monthly Outbound Opportunity quota by sourcing new prospects
- Meet and exceed a monthly Held Discovery Meeting quota by pre-qualifying prospects
- Generate outbound qualified leads through a multichannel approach of a minimum of 50 calls per day, email, and social media networking
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements for responding to inbound calls, chats, and contact forms
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Proven track record of generating leads and sourcing qualified outbound pipeline
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and Hubspot sequenced outreach strongly preferred
- Experience in the telehealth industry is a plus
