About the role

  • Organize and manage product vision with the CEO/Founder, President/COO, CTO, and other key team members internally.
  • Identify and prioritize value-added features that address the distinct needs of enterprise, SMB, and startup partners.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to translate strategic goals into a clear, prioritized ‘living and breathing’ product roadmap.
  • Define and communicate product investment boundaries by customer tier.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual roadmap communications to various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the CTO and engineering team to define requirements and ensure solutions are technically feasible.
  • Write clear product briefs and requirements that translate complex needs into actionable work.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving telehealth expectations to inform product decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of users and buyers across enterprise, SMB, and startup partner segments.
  • Partner with Marketing to articulate clear product value propositions and messaging for enterprise, SMB, and startup partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in telehealth, health tech, or highly regulated SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to define product value and influence roadmaps in organizations with strong founder or clinical leadership.
  • Experience working closely with founders, executives, engineering leaders and technical teams to deliver complex platform products and translate the value to non-technical teams and varied audiences (internal, prospect, customer, etc.)
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and launching successful software products.
  • Strong program and project management discipline.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to build processes, documentation, and fledgling infrastructure in a fast-growing, scaling organization.
  • Strong business and product judgment, with comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Adept at collaborating across the organization to complement and optimize peer strengths in technology, marketing, and clinical domains.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for clinical, technical, end user and executive audiences to influence and drive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize inputs from various domains into actionable product / project plans and manage to a schedule.
