About the role

  • Physician-founded, physician-led company providing a telehealth platform and nationwide board-certified MD network.
  • Own and respond to assigned leads and prospects, moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Develop mid-funnel leads using consultative and value-based selling to meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain activity and production KPIs (calls/emails/demos) and manage pipeline forecasting.
  • Educate new customers on pricing, add-ons, and asynchronous model; ensure strong understanding.
  • Log and record all prospect activity in HubSpot and trigger appropriate nurture campaigns.
  • Present and maintain MDI brand professionally and represent at tradeshows or industry events occasionally.
  • Collaborate with team, share best practices, and stay current on services, promotions, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in a high-volume, technology-focused environment.
  • Experience balancing outbound activities and inbound leads; tenacity to achieve targets and hit MRR quota.
  • Familiarity with CRM databases (HubSpot preferred) and discipline to keep CRM up to date.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple mediums.
  • Telehealth industry experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, team player, persistent and persuasive, comfortable in fast-paced growth-stage environments.
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure under pressure.
