About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Director of IT Integration leads McWane’s enterprise integration strategy and their D365 Support Team.
Optimize how software is used, share best practices, and combine data from core systems to generate business insights.
Lead the support team in meeting with plant/division teams, triage/prioritize requests, and translate needs into actionable changes in Dynamics.
Help define strategy, standards, and priorities for system‑to‑system integrations and data flows across divisions.
Coordinate with existing D365 divisions to optimize their use of the system, work to roll out new features.
Build culture amongst the support team consistent with the McWane Way; set goals, coach, and develop talent.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree plus related experience is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience is required.
8–12+ years in enterprise systems, data engineering, or application platforms; 5+ years leading teams delivering mission‑critical integrations ideally in a Manufacturing setting.
Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain; Customer Engagement) solution enablement and data flows.
Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions), SQL/SSIS.
PowerBI, knowledge of Fabric, ability to interface between technical developers and business needs.
